Don’t let the weather impact your visit. Below are the details of our weather policy:
• The park will announce if it is closed at 10am on that day and post it on the front page of the website.
• If the park closes after opening due to inclement weather, all guests still present at closing will be offered a return voucher for ADMISSION TICKETS ONLY (All other purchases are not valid for vouchers).
• • Return vouchers will be valid for the remainder of the 2025 season if the weather-impacted visit occurs before August 1st.
• For weather-impacted visits on/after August 1st, return vouchers will be valid for the remainder of the 2025 season and up to June 30th, 2026.
• Return vouchers are non-transferable, not for resale, and must be used by the original ticket holder only & MUST BE CLAIMED at the ticket booth before departing the park the day of closure.
Lightning and Thunder Policy
• If lightning is within a 10-mile radius or thunder is heard, for everyone’s safety all water attractions will immediately close.
• Guests must exit all water and safely leave the entry of slides/attractions.
• Attractions will remain closed until the lightning is outside of a 10-mile radius and 15-30 minutes have passed since the last strike within the radius.
