Morning Closure Announcement
• The park will announce any full-day closure due to weather by 10:00 AM EST on the day of the visit.
• Closure updates will be posted on the front page of the website and social media channels.

Weather-Related Early Closures (After Opening)
• If the park closes before 3:00 PM EST due to weather, return vouchers will be offered to guests still present at the time of the official closure announcement.
• An official announcement will be made over the PA system informing guests that the park is shutting down due to weather conditions.
• Guests must visit the ticket booth before leaving the park to receive their weather return voucher.
• Return vouchers are only issued if the park officially closes before 3:00 PM EST.
• If the park closes after 3:00 PM EST, no return vouchers will be issued.

Return Voucher Details
• Return vouchers are valid for admission tickets only and do not include parking, cabanas, rentals, food, beverages, or additional attractions.
• If the closure occurs on or before August 1st, vouchers are valid through the remainder of the 2026 season.
• If the closure occurs on or after August 2nd, vouchers are valid through the end of the 2026 season and through June 30th, 2027.
• Return vouchers are non-transferable, not for resale, and must be used by the original ticket holder.
• Vouchers must be claimed at the ticket booth before leaving the park on the day of closure.

Lightning and Thunder Policy
• If lightning is detected within a 10-mile radius or thunder is heard, all water attractions will close immediately for guest safety.
• Guests must exit all water and leave the entry areas of slides and attractions immediately.
• Attractions will remain closed until lightning is outside the 10-mile radius and approximately 15–30 minutes have passed since the last detected lightning strike or thunder.
