What time does the meet and greet begin?
The meet and greet schedule is based on the performing act. Some acts will do the meet and greets before they go on the stage. If this is the case, an announcement will be made just before the opening act plays. Some acts wait until after the show for the meet and greet. If this is the case, an announcement will be made when they leave the stage. Any member of our staff should be able to give you the meet and greet schedule once you're at the venue.

Who do I contact to see if my lost item has been placed in your lost and found?
If you're still at the park, simply find any member of our staff who is in the park and they will be able to help you, or point you in the right direction to the lost and found. If you're already home and realized that you lost something, please send an email to

Is the area around where the concerts take place gravel or paved, and it is handicap accessible?

Can you buy tickets at the park on the day of the show?
Yes. Tickets can be purchased at the park window before or even during the show.

How long do the concerts last?
It's hard to predict the length of each concert. Our shows have anywhere from 1-3 different acts performing each night. The park is open until the final act is finished with their set. During haunt hours, the park will remain open until 1am.

Where do I go for the meet and greet?
An announcement will be made instructing meet and greet ticket holders on where to go before the opening act takes the stage. If you have a meet and greet ticket, please arrive before the show start time.

Are outside food and drinks permitted for concerts?
Food and drinks are not permitted to be brought into the venue. We have food and drinks available for purchase at the venue.

Can I bring my own chair(s) for standing room only tickets?
Yes. All of our General Admission tickets are standing room only. We encourage you to bring your own chairs if you're not wanting to stand for the entirety of the show.

Can I show the ticket from my phone or does it need to be printed?
Yes, you're able to show your ticket from your phone, as long as we can see the barcode on your e-ticket.

Are there any fish or snakes or any animal at the land of illusion water park?
Yes, there are fish in our lake.

What are the rates for paddle boarding?
$3/half hour and $5/hr.

Any coupons/discounts available?
We have a few different ways to access discounts for our park! You can purchase your tickets online, which should be available to you now at a discounted rate. You can also sign up for our e-newsletter to be informed of exclusive discounts just for subscribers! We hope to see you soon!

How much are lockers?
$5 for the day.

If I purchase tickets today, do I need to use them today?
No, you can use them any day that Aqua Adventures is open this season!

Can I pay just to see the entertainment?
No, unfortunately at this time there is no way to tell who paid for total park access and who paid for entertainment only.

What forms of payment do you accept?
Land of Illusion accepts credit card payments for online purchases only with Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. Only cash is accepted for onsite purchases including parking, admission, and food and beverage. Credit card purchases can be made on retail purchases in the gift shop. Several ATM machines are located onsite for your convenience.

Do I need a ticket?
Everyone that is entering our park for the day is required to purchase a ticket. All people in the park must pay admission, no exceptions.

Do I have to wear a life jacket?
We provide life jackets for guests. Everyone is required to wear a life jacket while using the Wibit or Paddle Board. You are encouraged to bring your own life jacket.

How deep is the water?
In our lake that surrounds our large wibit, the water ranges from 2 ft to 10 ft. In our lake that surrounds our kids wibit, the water ranges from 2 ft to 8 ft.

What is your thunderstorm policy?
At the first lightning strike or the rumble of thunder, participants are required to exit the lake. Wibit course will reopen after 30 minutes from the last thunder rumble. Sorry, there are no rainchecks or reimbursements due to weather.

Are Outside Food & Drinks Allowed?
No outside food, beverages or coolers are allowed. Baby formula or medical supplies may be brought in with a cooler (8″x10″ soft-sided cooler).

Can I use “unused” tickets from a past season?
No, all tickets must be used during the season/year they were purchased in? Sorry, no exceptions.

Can I bring an inner tube or paddle board?
No personal inner tubes or paddle boards are permitted inside the park. We do have them available to rent once you enter the park.

Can I leave and come back later?
Re-admission is allowed during the day, all guests must see gate attendant before leaving if they wish re-admission during same day.

Do You Offer Military Discounts?
We offer Military Tickets at the gate only. $4 off with a valid ID for individual ID holder.

Kids 3 and under are free!

What all is included with a SEASON PASS or SINGLE DAY TICKET?
The following: unlimited use of the Wibit, use of the beach and swimming area, volleyball and game area (limited only by number of people playing at one time). We do offer private cabana seating and paddle board and boat rental for an additional charge.

What is the height requirement for the Wibit obstacle course and the Paddle Board rental.
Aqua Adventures now offers 2 Wibit obstacle courses. One for guests over 43″ tall, located in the main swimming area. There is also a kid’s Wibit obstacle course for any guest 43" and below. Parents or guardians may attend with little ones.
All guests on Wibit and Paddle boards must wear a life jacket (we encourage you to bring your own).
Kids 3 and under are free with the purchase of an adult admission.

Do I need to sign a waiver?
All park attendees must sign a waiver - all patrons 17 and under must have a parent or legal guardian. Everyone 18 and over must fill out their own waiver.

Do you sell food and drinks on site?
Yes, and we have a full bar at the Aqua Lounge.

Can I bring my own chairs?
Outside chairs may be brought into the park and used in designated areas.

How long is admission good for?
Admission fee IS good for all day.

What other FUN THINGS are there to do at Land of Illusion – Aqua Adventures?
Yes - IN ADDITION to the Wibit Water Obstacle Course - we have three sand volleyball courts / corn hole / beach & swimming area / giant sandbox. Paddle Boards and Premium Seating are available for rent.

Are pets allowed?
Pets are not allowed.

Can I bring a camera or GoPro on the inflatables?
No cameras or electronics allowed on the Wibit - we are not responsible for any items that are damaged.

Can I wear socks on the inflatables?
Water socks are allowed. Shoes of any kind are not allowed on the inflatables or paddle board.

Do I need to know how to swim?
No, but you are required to a wear a life vest while on the we Wibit or Paddle Board. SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK – attendants are not lifeguards.
