We will be saying goodbye to our fall fun and haunt season while looking forward to one weekend to celebrate the coming of the winter solstice, and some of the mythical history and folklore that comes from not only North America but other countries that also greet the change of the season with some of their own dark stories and characters that draw interest.
LOREFEST will provide you with an excellent opportunity to connect with a diverse and engaged audience. Your participation will enhance the experience for our attendees but will also allow you to reach new customers who are eager to explore the mystical and macabre.
Vendor set up will begin at 4:00 PM. You can access your booth by vehicle – however, no vehicles will be allowed in the park after 6:30 PM.
Vendors can break down at 11:00 PM. If you are able to load your items out on a wagon to load into their car, you can leave. However, if you want to break down and use your vehicle, this cannot be done until the park closes and all customers have vacated at 1:30 AM. There is also the option to break down the booth and come back the following day to pick up items.
Each paid vendor will receive 2 admission tickets for two people to work the booth and access to the events taking place in the park. Each vendor will also receive two Land Of Illusion event tickets to give away on your social media or e-newsletter promoting the event. Vendors will need to furnish their own table, tent, and chairs.
