No. Any ticket purchased online can be used any day during the current Christmas Glow season.

What does my individual ticket include?
Your ticket includes access to the 8 themed drive-through lands, plus entry to Santa’s Workshop, Whoville, Mrs. Claus’s Snack Shack, The Elf’s Lounge, the Polar Petting Zoo, Cookie Cutter Playland, and dozens of family photo ops.
(Some activities require an additional purchase for the full experience.) -
What age gets in free?
Children 3 and under are free.

Can I buy a ticket at the gate, or is online purchase required?
Both are available. Online ticketing is recommended to enter faster.

Yes. Parking for Christmas Glow is completely free.

What are the hours of operation each night?
Open 7 days a week from November 20 – December 24, 6 PM – 10 PM.
Drive-through only: December 26 – 30, 6 PM – 9 PM. -
Is Christmas Glow wheelchair accessible?
Yes. All areas are wheelchair accessible, though some sections may feel tighter on busier nights.

Does the event close for bad weather?
In rare cases of severe rain, ice, or snow, we may close for safety. Check the top header of our website for real-time updates.

Is the event indoor or outdoor?
All attractions are covered, but walkways between buildings are outdoors.

How long does the drive-through take?
Approximately 25–30 minutes, depending on traffic. The speed limit is 5 mph (about 12 minutes per mile).

How long does the Christmas Village take to walk through?
Most guests spend 1–2 hours exploring everything.

When can I meet Santa?
Santa is available every night the village is open from 6 PM – 10 PM.
(Note: Photos with Santa are handled by a professional third-party photographer and cost extra.) -
What characters are available and on which days?
We feature a rotating lineup of family-favorite and Christmas-themed characters each night.

What is the VR ride and does it cost extra?
Dash’s VR Ride is an immersive adventure to help save Christmas.
Yes, it requires an additional ticket or ride band purchased at the entrance. -
Can I get out of my car and take photos?
For safety and traffic flow, no photos are allowed during the drive-through portion.

Are professional photographers allowed?
Yes! Photographers must purchase a ticket.
However, personal or professional photos with Santa are not permitted due to our agreement with our photography partner. -
What can I find inside the gift shop?
Unique gifts, stocking stuffers, apparel, décor, toys, and one-of-a-kind holiday items. Our gift shop is truly one-of-a-kind.

Do you offer personalized ornaments?
Yes! Pick your ornament, give us your names, and we’ll customize it for you.

What type of food and drinks will be available?
We offer Don’s Pizza, concession favorites, holiday treats, snacks, and beverages throughout the park.

Where can I get fresh donuts, hot cocoa, and holiday treats?
Multiple locations across the village—including Mrs. Claus’s Snack Shack—offer donuts, cocoa, sweets, and more.

Is The Elf’s Lounge open every night? (21+)
Yes, The Elf’s Lounge is open nightly.
Alcohol is not served on Sundays, but the lounge remains open for soft drinks and viewing the game. -
Is the park pet friendly?
For the safety of our animals, pets are not allowed inside Christmas Glow.

What animals are at the petting zoo, and can we feed them?
Our Polar Petting Zoo includes goats, Highland cows, sheep, alpacas, llamas, and others.
Feed and carrots are available for purchase. -
